Final Learning Week and Photo Gallery: 13th - 15th of July

Well, we have come to our final learning page everyone! Even though it goes without saying, it has been a strange year for everyone. I have really missed having all the children in the classroom and it is a shame that we are not ending the school year in the way we normally would. However, I can't thank you all enough for your hard work and ongoing communication as well as all of the lovely photos you have shared during this time of home learning. It has all been very much appreciated! All you can do now is have a well-deserved rest over the summer from all of your learning. I'm sure you are all looking forward to that! I know that with your new September teachers, you have an exciting year ahead to look forward to and I will look forward to seeing your faces back in school as well - even if I am saying hello from a distance!

In the meantime, here's a range of activities to keep you going until Wednesday which is when school is closing to all children. I'm not going to ask for anything specific to be emailed this week but would like you to email over anything that you would like me to see.

  • This week, complete another 3 Times Tables Rockstars sheets. You can also jump on to the Times Tables Rockstars website where you can practise online and complete the 10 Garage Bands Sessions. At the end of the week, I'll look to see who has been on Rockstars and give more school 360 points out.

  • I have attached some emoji multiplication sheets for you to enjoy. See if you can solve the calculations to reveal the hidden pictures!

  • See if you can crack the codes to spell the summer-themed words and solve the additions and subtractions to reveal the pictures.

  • You can still reflect on your school year with this 'My favourite moments from this year' activity.

  • Clear the clutter by making a woodland animal desk tidy!

  • Attached below is a range of art and design, reading and writing poems challenge cards. Maybe you could write a poem about what makes you happy or what you are grateful for: )

  • We all need a bit of relaxation at times! Gather some of your favourite colours and chill out with some mindfulness colouring.

As ever, if you need me for anything this week, my email box is always open and if you need to speak to me by phone, I will have my listening ears at the ready.
I wish you all a healthy, happy summer and no doubt I will see some of you out and about to say hello to.

Stay well everyone!
