Online payments for Tic Toc sessions

You may be aware that our parents and carers have successfully been using for online payments of dinner money, milk and clubs for some time. 

We are pleased to announce that have now extended this facility to make online payments for Tic Toc, Nursery and Cherry Class sessions.   

We are no longer sending out paper invoices.  Instead, you will receive a text message or email asking you to access when a payment is due.   

If you have any problems accessing please contact the school office so we can help you with this.  We have a Guide for Parents available to download from the school website or paper copies are available to pick up from the school office and Tic Toc. 

We expect the majority of parents and carers will use the online option to make payments however if you are unable to access the internet and need to make payments by cheque or cash please hand these into the school office in a named envelope stating what the payment is for.  If you currently pay by childcare vouchers we will allocate these to your account once we have received a payment notification from the childcare voucher provider.  

Please note that sessions should be paid for in advance where possible and any outstanding balances must be cleared at the end of the week prior to your child attending the following week’s sessions.

We will also be introducing the option to make online bookings for Tic Toc after-school and holiday club sessions from September 2017.  More information will follow in due course.

To ensure that we all experience maximum benefit from this service, we would ask all parents and carers to notify us if you have recently changed your mobile number or email address.
