At Swansfield Park, our children have the opportunity to experience two residential trips; one in the summer of Year 4 and the other in the summer of Year 6.

These visits are organised with the needs of individual cohorts in mind and in consultation with the children and their parents / carers about the experience that will benefit them the most.

To date, children have visited Ford Castle and Wilderness Outdoor Education near Barnard Castle to take part in adventurous outdoor activities and the cities of York, Bradford and Manchester to experience all that an urban life has to offer.

Flexible monthly installment payments support all children to access these experiences and Pupil Premium funding can be allocated to pay up to the full cost for children in receipt of this grant. We do not want any children to miss out on a residential experience because of a financial barrier and are committed to supporting all families with this.
